A Sociopoética como prática de pesquisa integral / Sociopoetics as practice of integral research / La Sociopoética como práctica de investigación integral

A partir das noções de vigilância e de vacuidade amorosas, este trabalho estuda as condições da instituição de uma ciência integrada que acolhe tanto a intuição característica do modo de fazer ciência das comunidades indígenas, afrodescendentes e populares, como o racionalismo crítico da academia. Sendo a Sociopoética uma abordagem privilegiada na configuração da identidade do pesquisador integral, o autor propõe técnicas de pesquisa intuitivas inspiradas na dança, nas sensações e no perspectivismo indígena, a fim de superar três obstáculos ao conhecimento integrado: a culpa, o medo e a falta de fé em si mesmo e no universo. Com referências em Deleuze, Guattari e Bergson, até o transe pode ganhar a dignidade de um método, na pesquisa considerada como uma conspiração do brincar.

Building on the notions of loving surveillance and loving emptiness, this paper studies the conditions for instituting an integrated science that welcomes both the intuition characteristic of how science is done in indigenous, Afro-Americanand grassroots communities, and critical academic rationalism. As Sociopoetics is particularly appropriate as an approach to shaping the identity of a comprehensive researcher, the author proposes intuitive research techniques inspired in dance, feelings and indigenous perspectivism, with a view to surmounting three obstacles to integrated knowledge: guilt, fear, and lack of faith in oneself and the universe. With references in Deleuze, Guattari and Bergson, even trance can gain the status of method in research considered a conspiracy of play.

A partir de los conceptos de vigilancia y vacuidad amorosas, este trabajo estudia las condiciones de la institución de una ciencia integrada que da la bienvenida tanto a la intuición, característica de como se cream las ciencias indígena, afroamericana y popular, como el racionalismo crítico de la academia. Siendo la Sociopoética un enfoque primordial en la formación de la identidade del investigador integral, el autor propone técnicas intuitivas de investigación inspiradas en la danza en, las sensaciones y em el perspectivismo indígena, con el fin de superar tres obstáculos para el conocimiento integrado: la culpa, el miedo y la falta de fe en si mismo y em el universo. Con referencias en Deleuze, Guattari y Bergson, el trance puede ganar la dignidad de un método, en la investigación considerada una conspiración del jugar.

Perspectiva estética/sociopoética ao cuidar de clientes com alterações de autoimagem devido a afecções dermatológicas / An aesthetic / socio-poetic perspective when caring for clients with an altered self-image due to skin disorders

Tratar sobre dimensões vivenciais que envolvem o adoecimento cutâneo é indispensável em uma sociedade onde as pessoas vivem sujeitas às pressões quanto à: modelos socioculturais, preocupações com crenças e valores e imposições estéticas, podendo assim sofrer distorções em sua autoimagem corporal e autoestima. Refletindo sobre a teoria de adaptação de Roy quanto à singularidade do ser humano para reagir, aprender e se adaptar na sua convivência no mundo, consigo e com os outros, indaga-se: quais são as repercussões do acometimento cutâneo na vida das pessoas? Assim, formulou-se o objeto de estudo - Repercussões do acometimento de afecções cutâneas na vida das pessoas. Teve-se como objetivos propor uma perspectiva de cuidar em enfermagem compatível com as necessidades humanas de pessoas com alteração de autoimagem e autoestima devido a afecções dermatológicas; identificar as características sociodemográficas e clínicas das pessoas com afecções dermatológicas; analisar a dimensão imaginativa de pessoas referente à sua convivência com afecções dermatológicas, destacando seus sentimentos quanto à autoimagem e à autoestima. Este trabalho se insere no Grupo de Pesquisa Concepções teóricas para o cuidar em saúde e enfermagem - CNPq, na Linha de pesquisa Fundamentos filosóficos, teóricos e tecnológicos do cuidar em saúde e enfermagem e no projeto denominado A perspectiva estética/sociopoética do cuidar em enfermagem: identificando necessidades de autocuidado para promoção da saúde da Bolsa de Produtividade em Pesquisa CNPq, período 2011-2014, e da Bolsa de Professor Visitante da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Dealing with experiential dimensions, which involve skin disease, is essential in a society where people live subject to pressures regarding: sociocultural models, concerns about values and beliefs and aesthetic impositions and can therefore suffer distortions in their body self-image and self-esteem. Reflecting on Roy's adaptation theory as the uniqueness of the human being to react, learn and adapt in their coexistence in the world, with themselves and others, asks themselves: what are the repercussions of skin conditions in people's lives? Thus formulated, this was the object of study - The Impact on involvement of cutaneous conditions in people's lives. Had as objective to propose a perspective of nursing care consistent with the human needs of people with changing self-image and self-esteem due to dermatologic diseases; identify the sociodemographic and clinical characteristics of people with dermatologic diseases; analyze the imaginative dimension of people referring to their experience with dermatologic diseases, highlighting their feelings regarding self-image and self-esteem. Sociopoetizando a construção das ações de autocuidado no envelhecimento saudável: uma aplicação da teoria de Nola Pender / The construction of self-care action in the healthful aging: application of the Nola Pender’s theory: sociopoetic study

O envelhecimento populacional no Brasil sobreleva a necessidade de organização de serviços de saúde, sendo a estimulação do autocuidado uma estratégia privilegiada para orientar programas de promoção da saúde para pessoas idosas. Face à busca das mais variadas formas de viver bem, abrem-se fronteiras possibilitando o surgimento de modelos de envelhecimento saudável. Partindo do pressuposto de que as pessoas possuem uma dimensão imaginativa no “acrescentar qualidade aos anos de vida”, delimitou-se como objeto de estudo o imaginário de um grupo da terceira idade na construção das ações de autocuidado. Objetivos: descrever a poética sobre as ações de autocuidado construídas por um grupo de pessoas idosas; e analisar os significados (conceitos/confetos) atribuídos por essas pessoas ao envelhecer. Utilizou-se como marco referencial a Teoria de Promoção da Saúde de Nola Pender. Trata-se de pesquisa descritiva, qualitativa, considerando o paradigma naturalista. Foi aplicado o método sociopoético por meio do dispositivo analítico Grupo Pesquisador, composto por 11 idosos participantes da Unati da Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, que desenvolveram a investigação no período de outubro a dezembro de 2008, mediante as técnicas de pesquisa: Dinâmica de Corpo como Território Mínimo e a Vivência de Lugares Geomíticos. Foram questões norteadoras do estudo, respectivamente: Como vocês se cuidam para o caminho do bom envelhecer? E Como é o autocuidado para o envelhecer saudável se ele for um lugar geomítico?. Os dados produzidos foram submetidos à análise categorial, dos estudos sociopoéticos. Aging speed up process in Brazil raising up the necessity of enlargement of public politics and health services organization, being the incentive of self-care one of the best strategy to guide health programs for aged people. In view of search of the most varied forms of living well, models of healthful aging appeared. Considering that people has an imaginative dimension in the art of living, in “adding quality to the years of life”, the imaginary of a third age group in the construction of the self-care actions was delimited as study object. The objectives of investigation are: to describe the poetical on the self-care actions constructed by age people group; to analyze the meanings (concepts/confetos) attributed by these people to make old. Nola Pender’s Theory of Health Promotion was used as reference. This is a descriptive, qualitative research, considering the naturalistic paradigm. The sociopoetic method was applied through the Searching Group analytical device, composed for 11 Unati’s aged people of the University of the State of Rio de Janeiro, who had developed the investigation, in the period of October to December/2008 with the following techniques of research: Body Dynamic as Minimum Territory and the Experience of Geomythics Places (bridge, road, fail, labyrinth, top, well, threshold and track). These had been the questions which guide the study, respectively: How do you take care of yourself in the way for a good aging? How is the self-care for the healthful age if it were a geomythics place? The produced data had been submitted to category analysis, considering the sociopoetics studies. In the philosophical study, it was observed a coexistence of the realistic self-image, disclosing that the aged people are fitted to the life challenges; therefore its conduct is coherent with the idea that makes of itself, besides intentions, aspirations and trends...

Expectativas do cliente em hemodiálise sobre o transplante renal: pesquisar sociopoético em enfermagem / Patient on hemodialysis expectations about renal transplantation: sociopoetic research in Nursing

A problemática enfrentada pelos clientes com doença renal crônica (DRC), em hemodiálise, que aspiram ao transplante de rim, notoriamente envolve questões e dilemas que vão além do fato de estarem à espera de um compatível órgão. Esta pesquisa revela as manifestações do imaginário, universo ainda pouco explorado, de indivíduos que vivenciam a DRC, no sentido de trazer pensamentos e revelações que permitam compreender melhor o significado da possibilidade de receber o transplante renal. Tem-se como objetivos: descrever os elementos (criação) sobre a possibilidade de submeter-se ao transplante renal expressos através do imaginário de um grupo de clientes em hemodiálise; analisar os significados/ confetos acerca do submeter-se ao transplante renal atribuídos pelos sujeitos da pesquisa a partir da criação imaginária; propor/discutir novos caminhos na prática de enfermagem visando o ensino do auto cuidado do cliente sob a expectativa de viver com transplante renal. Utilizou-se o método sociopoético, criado por Jacques Gauthier, através do dispositivo analítico grupo pesquisador (GP), fundamentado em Paulo Freire. Foram utilizadas técnicas de pesquisa: - Vivência dos Lugares Geomíticos (terra, poço, ponte, labirinto, túnel e caminho) e Corpo como Território Mínimo. As questões norteadoras do estudos foram, respectivamente: se o transplante renal fosse um lugar geomítico, como seria? Como me vejo hoje, sendo um cliente com DRC, em hemodiálise, à espera de um transplante? Compõe o GP,12 clientes hemodiálise, candidatos ao transplante, que desenvolveram as fases do método de modo dialógico e participativo, no período de maio a junho de 2006, em Campos dos Goytacazes - RJ. Os dados foram analisados mediante os estudos sociopoéticos classificatório, transversal e filosófico. The probIematic faced by patients with a chronicle (DRC) kidney illness treated by hemodiaIisis who wait for the transplant. As we can see it envolves many questions and a big dilemma about the subject, that wiIl go beyond of the fact that they are waiting for a compatible and possible organ. This research reveals the manifestation of an the imaginary group, still not well exploited. The individuaIs that experience the chronicle illness, in a way that bring up thoughts and revelations which allows to understand better the meaning of the possibility to receive the transplant. The main points of the study are: describe the elements (creation) about a possible kidney transplant expressed through an imaginary group of patients treated by hemodialisis; analise the meanings/"contetos" throug a kidney transplant that had by the individuaIs of the research, from the imaginary group; To consider/ discuss about the new different techniques in the nursing practice which is concerned to the orientation to treat the patient, under the hope to have a kidney transplant. The method applied is sociopoetico, (criate for Jacques Gauthier) group research and analitic device. The techniques used were "body as minimum land". The questions that guided the techniques were respectively: "How would be if a transpIant was in a place "geomitics (land, well, bridge, labyrinth, tunnel and way)"? And How do I see myself as a patient with IRC in hemodialisis, waiting for a transplant, who developed particiapative and dialogic ways as methods, during the months of May and June of 2006 in the City of Campos dos Goytacazes - RJ. The datum were analised through the studies sociopoeticos, classificatories, transversal and philosofical. In the classificatory, underlines the following categories: "Transcending in the land ... fugaz"...
